Teking Lagoon Cruises & Tours
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the customer (“you,” “guest”) and IAOS, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, United States, doing business as doit.net (“IAOS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates this online booking agency and administers Teking Lagoon Cruises & Tours (“Teking”).
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

- MERCHANT OF RECORD & CONTRACTING PARTY
All bookings, payments, refunds, and contractual obligations are entered into between the customer and IAOS, Inc. (dba doit.net), the merchant of record, operating from New York, United States.
Teking Lagoon Cruises & Tours is the trade name under which tour services are marketed and delivered. The physical location where tour services occur does not alter the place of contracting, payment processing, or governing law.
- BOOKINGS & PAYMENT
All tours must be paid in full at the time of booking to be considered confirmed.
Bookings made without payment are not held or reserved.
Prices are confirmed only upon successful payment.
- CURRENCY & EXCHANGE RATES
- All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated
• Currency conversion rates are determined by your card issuer or payment processor
• Exchange rates may fluctuate between booking, settlement, and refund
• Any foreign transaction or conversion fees are the responsibility of the cardholder
Refunds and reversals are processed only in the original transaction currency (NZD). We cannot guarantee the same exchange rate used at the time of booking.
- PAYMENT METHODS & PROCESSING
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and other major credit and debit cards.
The following payment methods are not accepted:
• Prepaid cards
• Reloadable cards
• Gift cards
• Travel cards
• EFTPOS cards
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. IAOS does not store or have access to your credit card information.
Charges may appear on your statement as “IAOS, Inc.” or “DoIt.Net.”
- TOUR INCLUSIONS
Tours include complimentary transportation for pick-up and drop-off at accommodation or airport locations, as specified at the time of booking.
Tour details, inclusions, and schedules are confirmed at booking and may be adjusted due to operational, safety, or weather requirements.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
The following cancellation terms apply to all confirmed bookings, without exception.
6.1 Cancellations More Than 3 Calendar Days Before the Tour
- Eligible for a 90 percent refund to the original payment method
• A 10 percent administrative fee applies to cover non-recoverable costs, including payment processing and currency conversion
• Guests may alternatively elect to receive 100 percent tour credit for a future Teking tour, subject to availability
6.2 Cancellations Within 3 Calendar Days of the Tour
- Non-refundable, except in cases of verified illness or verified travel disruption
• Supporting documentation must be provided before the scheduled tour date
• When approved, a 90 percent refund will be issued to the original payment method
6.3 No-Shows
- Non-refundable
• No credits or rescheduling apply
- REFUNDS
Refunds are issued only in accordance with the Cancellation Policy above.
Refunds are processed to the original method of payment.
Refund timing is subject to banking and card network processing schedules.
- REFUNDS, DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
Acceptance of any refund, whether partial or full, constitutes full and final settlement of the booking.
By accepting a refund, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
• The booking matter is fully resolved
• No further claims, disputes, or chargebacks will be initiated
• The contractual obligations related to the booking are concluded
Chargebacks are governed by card network rules and issuing bank policies. IAOS and Teking do not control dispute outcomes.
If a chargeback is initiated after a refund has been issued:
• IAOS reserves the right to dispute the chargeback in full
• Any chargeback fees, administrative costs, or unrecovered amounts may be considered damages resulting from breach of this agreement
• IAOS is not responsible for duplicate reversals or outcomes determined by issuing banks or card networks
- CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION
We may contact you via email to:
• Confirm bookings
• Respond to inquiries
• Request documentation related to cancellations
• Provide operational updates
• Request post-tour feedback or reviews
- DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY
All payment transactions are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal using encrypted connections.
IAOS does not store credit card information.
Customer information is not sold or shared, except where necessary to process payments, bookings, or refunds.
- OPERATIONAL CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE
IAOS and Teking reserve the right to modify tour routes, schedules, or availability due to weather, safety conditions, operational requirements, or events beyond reasonable control.
Such changes do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund outside the Cancellation Policy.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IAOS and Teking shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in a tour, booking, cancellation, or payment dispute.
- GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
By completing a booking, the customer agrees that any legal action or dispute related to this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the State of New York.
- CHANGES TO TERMS
Rates, policies, and Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice.
The version in effect at the time of booking governs the reservation.
